Who We Are
Window Aid Group® is a specialist partner for repair and restoration, serving public, commercial and residential asset owners across Hampshire, East Dorset and West Sussex.
Combining Expertise, Delivering Results
We are formed from the coming together of Window Aid and Frame Coat® — combining hands-on mechanical repair expertise with professional surface restoration to deliver a complete asset solution for windows and doors.
Our focus is straightforward: extend the serviceable life of assets, minimise unnecessary replacements, and protect long-term value.

Repair. Restore. Retain.
Repair
We prioritise repairs as the first course of action, ensuring assets are maintained in good working order and maximising their useful life before any replacement is considered.
Restore
Our focus on restoration goes beyond fixes. We return assets to their optimal condition, supporting longevity and reliable performance while safeguarding their value.
Retain
By retaining and sustaining assets, we protect investments and reinforce responsible stewardship. This principle guides our long-term approach to every portfolio.
